Hey Honey, Wait wait wait let me stop you right there let me guess she is going to say can you please do a job for me? Oh I knew it.
Not that doing jobs is bad but there is just so many of them and with three brothers it feels like I am doing everything .I guess mum dose the cooking the washing takes us to school but I am sure I do the rest! .
Doing chores is a very help life long lesson. You might hate doing them you might not do them. But that that is all going to fall on you when you are running your household and you dishes and washing are piling up so high you can’t see out the windows and you think you are in a horror movie. Ah the dishes are taking over .you will think back –as your dishes fall down crashing on your head!
. Now what did mum say again something about those dishes I was swimming. In oh yea do them every day and they won’t attack you (and don’t tell mum but I think she is right.)Plus mum say’s I should get to choose the best room if I do the best cleaning .I totally agree!
Back in the day as my grandma always says Stop complaining when I was younger we had no washing machine or dish washer we had to do it all by hand and get up in the dark to milk the cows .all we have to do these day’s is chuck our dishes in the dish washer and get back to our T.V after all I am a kid, I love my me time.
We don’t have to work all the time just enough to get mum off our back .I guess if we don’t help mum she will come home from work so busy doing the dishes the washing helping me with my homework she might forget to cook dinner and maybe even start pulling her hair out and as you all now that is the first sign of madness.That is not good then we will be left to do all the jobs. Oh, even thinking about doing all those jobs in that house scares me .
I don’t mind helping a bit after all I am a kid and that is what I do best so why don’t we stick to what we do best Mum ‘s and Dad’s do the big jobs and we do the little ones sounds good to me don’t you agree?
